Robyn L. Phillips
Ms. Phillips’ practice includes intellectual property litigation and client counseling matters that involve intellectual property disputes. Ms. Phillips is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the Federal Circuit, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the states U.S. District Courts of Utah and Oregon.
She also has experience in resolving internet and domain name disputes, as well as having handled inter partes proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office relating to trademark oppositions and cancellations. She also has worked in prosecution, having prepared trademark and patent applications in the United States and foreign countries. Ms. Phillips also engages in the preparation of licenses and other contracts related to intellectual property matters as well as opinions relating to infringement and/or validity of patents.
