Michael J. Frodsham - Equity Shareholder

Mr. Frodsham's practice includes preparation and prosecution of various patent, trademark, and copyright applications in the computer, chemical, and medical arts, and related strategic counseling. Mr. Frodsham also assists with the preparation of patent opinions, and provides support in litigation matters in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Frodsham represents clients ranging from small local companies and inventors to large fortune 500 companies located in the United States, Europe, Canada, and Asia. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to law school, Mr. Frodsham worked as a genetic sequence analyst for Myriad Genetics, Inc., aiding in the discovery of the Human Coronary Heart Disease gene (CHD1). He also performed published research as an undergraduate while helping to develop a genetic mouse model for Multiple Sclerosis.

During law school, Mr. Frodsham served as a technical editor for IDEA: The Journal of Law and Technology. In addition, Mr. Frodsham served as a Judicial Intern to the Judge Randall R. Rader at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, in Washington D.C.
