Jared J. Braithwaite - Associate

Mr. Braithwaite’s practice is devoted primarily to intellectual property litigation matters.

 During law school, Mr. Braithwaite served as a Senior Editor for the BYU Law Review. In addition, he served on the board of the BYU Trial Advocacy Team and represented BYU in regional trial advocacy competitions as a member of the trial advocacy traveling team.

Prior to law school Mr. Braithwaite’s academic studies focused primarily on the interaction of electrical currents and single-celled organisms. After receiving his engineering degree and before the commencement of his legal studies, Mr. Braithwaite served as a consultant to research labs at the University of Utah regarding computer modeling of electrical and cellular interactions. 

Mr. Braithwaite has also been involved with engineering outreach programs organized by the University of Utah to encourage engineering and related studies among primary education students.
