Fraser D. Roy
Mr. Roy’s practice includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a number of different technical fields, including general mechanical systems, computer software, medical device technologies, optical systems, and optical component processing.
In addition to his patent prosecution practice, Mr. Roy also has experience with assignments, licensing, and other contractual issues related to patents, copyrights, and trademarks. While in law school, Mr. Roy served as the president of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.
