April 16, 2011

Workman Nydegger has again been included in the sixth annual edition of the prestigious Fortune 500 list of “Go-To Law Firms” for intellectual property.  This marks the sixth consecutive year W|N has been included in the Fortune 500 list.

The Fortune 500 list is compiled by surveying general counsel at the Fortune 500 companies, who are asked which law firms they turn to in the flowing kinds of transactions:  litigation, corporate transactions, labor and employment, intellectual property and corporate governance.  Corporate Counsel Magazine notes that “making this list is a rare honor . . . .”

Founded more than 25 years ago, Workman Nydegger is one of largest firms in Salt Lake, and has consistently earned recognition as one of the top intellectual property firms in the nation.  The firm represents a wide array of clients in all areas of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and related litigation and licensing matters, and in a diverse range of technologies, including computer systems, software, e-commerce and information technology; electronics and electrical engineering; pharmaceutical, neutraceutical, chemical, biotechnology, and medical and life science technologies; physics and optics; mechanics and mechanical engineering and alternative energy.
