Charles L. Roberts and David R. Todd, both equity shareholders with the intellectual property law firm Workman Nydegger, were recently identified as client service leaders in a survey of corporate counsel conducted by The BTI Consulting Group Inc.
The report was prepared based on nearly 300 interviews BTI conducted with corporate counsel from large and Fortune 1000 companies. The nominees for the list of 2011 BTI Client Service All-Stars were each named without their knowledge by clients. The list of 318 lawyers included only 19 attorneys specializing in IP matters, two of which are with Workman Nydegger.
“David and Charles are most deserving of this prestigious recognition. To have two lawyers out of 19 selected nationally come from Workman|Nydegger speaks volumes about the firm and the quality of its lawyers,” said Brent P. Lorimer, managing shareholder of Workman Nydegger.
Founded more than 25 years ago, Workman Nydegger has consistently earned recognition as one of the top intellectual property firms in the nation. The firm represents a wide array of clients in all areas of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and related litigation and licensing matters, and in a diverse range of technologies, including computer systems, software, e-commerce and information technology; electronics and electrical engineering; pharmaceutical, neutraceutical, chemical, biotechnology, and medical and life science technologies; physics and optics; mechanics and mechanical engineering and alternative energy.
