Thomas M. Bonacci Named Equity Shareholder at Workman Nydegger

Thomas M. Bonacci has been named equity shareholder at Workman Nydegger, Utah’s largest intellectual property firm.

Mr. Bonacci, who is a registered patent attorney, is a member of the bar of the Utah Supreme Court as well as the United States District Court for the District of Utah. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Utah, and proceeded to graduate as a member of the Order of the Coif with Highest Honors from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. While attending law school, Mr. Bonacci was named as a William H. Leary Scholar and Staff Editor of the Utah Law Review, along with receiving numerous awards.

Mr. Bonacci’s practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting foreign and domestic patent and trademark applications. He is experienced in preparing patent infringement opinions, as well as due diligence investigations of IP portfolios. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bonacci had a successful career within the computer, information and data communications industry.
