Eight W|N Attorneys Recognized in Mountain States Super Lawyers 2011

April 14, 2011

Eight W|N attorneys have been named Mountain States Super Lawyers for 2010. Super Lawyers identifies the top five percent of attorneys in each state, as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics.  The eight W|N attorneys selected in the 2010 listing are Rick Nydegger, Brent Lorimer, Larry Laycock, David Wright, John Stringham, Charles Roberts, Charles Veverka and David Todd, all shareholders of the firm.

The objective of the Super Lawyers selection process is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource to assist attorneys and sophisticated consumers in the search for legal counsel. Global Strategy Group (GSG), one of the nation's leading market research and consulting firms, said of the selection process: "The broad range of sources used to obtain alarge and representative nominee pool, the comprehensive data search on each candidate, the protocols used to evaluate nominees, the expert panel system, and the meticulous checks and balances built into the process … leave little to chance or idiosyncratic influence." To compile its ranking, Super Lawyers evaluates candidates based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Law & Politics magazine published the first issue of Minnesota Super Lawyers in 1991 as a consumer's guide to the best attorneys in the state. As the magazine gained repute throughout Minnesota and in Washington State (launched in 1996), the publishers began to introduce Super Lawyers in cities around the country. Today, Super Lawyers recognizes the top attorneys in 47 states. More information about Mountain States Super Lawyers is available at www.superlawyers.com.
