| Mr. Guynn’s practice includes patent prosecution and related counseling for patent portfolio development, drafting and prosecuting patent applications (both domestic and foreign), drafting freedom to operate and infringement opinions, license agreements, and litigation support. Mr. Guynn is also experienced in interview practice at the U.S. Patent Office, where he frequently meets with patent examiners during U.S. prosecution. Mr. Guynn has worked with a number of large corporate entities as well as pre-IPO startups and individual inventors. His technical experience includes chemical formulations and processes, nanocatalysts and other nanotechnology, biodegradable polymers and composites, dental compositions, manufacturing apparatus and systems, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and procedures, mechanical devices, and the manufacture of solid state light emitting devices.
